Kang is a great place to stop in the middle of the Trans-Kalahari Highway. One reason is they have fuel! They also have a BOB (Bank of Botswana) ATM machine. Even with the air conditioning in your car you will be hot and need a cold drink. The BP and the larger Kang Ultra Stop have that too. Because your next fuel stop is over 100 miles just about either way, make sure you do actually stop here. Prices aren't great, but there you go.
