Watching the stars at night sitting at a campfire. The african skies can be so beautifull! There are much more, and other, stars to see than in europe.
None at the Chobe Game Lodge, except for listening to the wild animals outside your doors. (Actually, the lodge will show you a movie on animals if you ask them)
Best nightlife spot: Gin and Tonics served off the hood of a Land Rover at sunset in the middle of nowhere. Music provided by The Painted Reed Frogs.
