I was nervous to try them, but once I did, I was sold. Africans love to eat what California farmers would spray with pesticides. The French fried catapillers are salty, having the crunch of a good snack, like pretzels or popcorn. Don't be afraid! Try them, you'll like them. I would avoid any uncooked sauces offered to go with them though for sanitary reasons only. To bad these aren't sold in the USA. They would be good with beer.
