Boromo is 180km West of Ouagadougou, half way on the road to Bobo-Dioulasso.
STMB buses leave in due time. Come in advance to the bus station.
From Ouagadougou to Boromo: departure at 10.00; 180km, 2 hours; 3000 CFA (4.5€) per person.
Take information at Boromo for the way back.
You can also continue towards Bobo-Dioulasso: departure every day around 12.00.
