Around six o'clock they start preparing the large chunks of meat on their improvised BBQs.
Usually beef, pork or goat with a lot of salt and herbs.
When the meats is well done you don't have to worry to become sick.

I enjoyed about a half dozen good meals here while spending a couple of weeks in Yaoundé in 2010. The restaurant provides a nice change from the routine of Cameroonian restaurants serving a mixture of Cameroonian and French dishes, and the food--although not spectacular--is not bad at all. The nicest feature of the restaurant is its broad shady porch, which is nicely decorated. Service was far above average, most wait staff spoke both English and French, and everything appeared spotlessly clean.

Great place to eat! They have all the typical rice dishes and seafood platters. They also had a very fine assortment of wine that we partook in! You can sit in their little balcony jungle room, or in the garden they have gazebos and grass tables! Service is friendly, but slow.
Favorite Dish: Shrimp and rice plate
