Grilled King Prawns are a local speciality. You can eat them in many food stalls or restaurants in and around Kribi.
Served with fries, lemon, a lot of garlic and a fresh salad it was worth all the euros in the restaurant of hotel du phare.

After a stay of several days on the sea the fishermen return with their boats to the harbor where they sell their catch. The women on shore buy the catch of the day and on a charcoal grill they prepare the fish(s) you choose.
