Luggage and bags: No fancy trolley, on the cobbled streets you can forget about that. Rather come with a large backpack and a smaller one for day excursions
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Hiking shoes, flipflops (no highheels - it's a pain on the irregularly cobbled streets!), a light jacket for hiking, bikini or swimmingbriefs, summer clothes
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Is mostly available in shops and pharmacies if you really need something. Special medication might be a problem though and sun lotion is advisable to bring along too. And quality condoms.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Beach towel for sure and other beach gear. Camping is not really popular
