Unfortunately the restauants that were my favorites are no longer there. One was at a hotel and the other was a Labanese restaurant. Some of the African local restaurants were good but one would have to know what to ask for so a knowledge of the language would help.
Their tables were on a cement slab with a roof of grass so you could feel the African atmosphere.
Favorite Dish: My favorite item from the Labanese restauant was a pepper steak.
