Mombassa Things to Do
If you end up in south mombassa you must eat at Ali Babas. A restraunt set in a cave the atmosphere is just wonderful and the food great at a price comparable to the uk
There is also a great chinese which is so cheap and great food i can not remember its name but there is only one and the owner is called bob
Ali Barbour's Cave Restaurant: Not to be missed. A unique experience
Ali barbour's Cave is a must see. The roof is open so you could see the stars. The food is good as is the wine menu and beer. Reservations or recommended and dress is smart casual, no shorts etc. It is really an amazing place.
Favorite Dish: I had the vegetarian sheppards pie which was good. A friend had the steak which was excellent. I found myself sampling off his plate.
