Comores is an area where you can encouter paludism. Therefore you have to take anti-paludism course prior and after your stay in the Comores. It is normally 15 days before and one month after your stay in the Comores.

Tap water is drinkable in the Comores. But, I would highly recommend to drink bottled water instead.
