Kafolo, kids

The Kafolo kids always visited our camp during our stay. They liked it to chat with us.Sometimes they sung their songs for us or liked to play games ...We both enjoyed this.

Comoë Park, no short-cut

We checked the track to the river and came to no other conclusion than, that the track and the river crossing point were not suitable for our truck. So, no short-cut at all ....

Comoë Park, a lot of work.

So after working one hour, we succeeded to dig the truck out of the mud. We were very happy, that it was possible to continue our journey to the south....

Comoë Park, bushfire

In the Comoe Park we saw some bushfires.It was not really scaring, but for passing by at the narrow track, we had sometimes to extinguish the fire on the track.

Comoë River

In the west part of the Comoë National Park is the scenic Comoë River.Ther must be some hippo´s in this river, but it was a pity, we didn't see them at this spot.

Boundiali market, oranges

The market of the Senoufou town Boundiali is large with huge amounts of fruits and vegetables. The giant heaps of oranges were surprising ! How many oranges can you count or eat.....
