New years Eve 1993

by sachara

At New years Eve we made our camp at a beach south of Taba.We had a delicious dinner with spaghetti carbonera and peaches with cream. We had arabic music from the car and we sat round the candles sheltered by the empty water bottles. At the other side af the Gulf we saw some small lights in Saudi Arabia - maybe of Al Humaydah or Haqi - but no fireworks. It was my second Newyears Eve in Egypt after ten years (the first was in 1983 in Assouan).
