Most hotels in Siwa central have a rooftop cafe like El Kelany have it with a bedouin tent at the back and probably during peak season - a bonfire.
It's relaxing after a tiring day just sitting there sipping your hot coffee or tea and watching the lighted Shali fortress and the local activities down below. Or go up at the cafe right before sunset and watch everything turns into rustic colours.

Close to the central roundabout, there is this cafe (photo taken during the day) which during the evening can be a great place to hang out. There are a few date trees under which there are cushions and small fire and tsmall tea-tables. We came here the first night around 24,00 and stayed there until 2,30 in the morning talking to some of the university students from Alexandria. There is a hut nearby where they prepare your tea and serve you as you ask. What an experience of a clear starry night by the fire under the palm trees.
