Safety in Egypt - terrorists' War on Tourism
A tourist police was created following the attacks on tourist target in the country.The authorities do not allow the tourists for a long time already, to visit the remarkable churches, buildings on the longer desert roads by car or bus independently. The tour buses, cars are organized into a convoy, and more buses are started on the way with safety guards simultaneously. Soldiers check on the checkpoints on the main roads, whether the announced buses, groups cross the given section.The Egyptians know very well, that the tourism is one of their biggest income sources and gives at least for the population's tenth safe living.
