An acquaintance with mountains landscapes on the way from Safaga to Luxor was accompanied by a certain feeling of alarm and danger. It was connected with the circumstance that the road which was running through mountains, from my point of view, was protected from landslips very badly.

Boulders hanging above the road threatened at any moment to fall upon the road. As movement on the road was not intensive enough Egyptians consider, that the probability of hitting of the stone which has fallen from a mountain into the bus is rather small. I don't think so. Carelessly enough!

Therefore I was glad, when the bus has finally come on a flat space in a valley of the Nile in area of Qena.
