 | Hurghada Things To Do | Tips 41 - 50 of 206 | | As I was saying... Not everything is friendly in the Red Sea. My group was very lucky in two ways. We got to see baracudas and wasn't eaten alive by them :)) This is a very dangerous sort of fish and it's very exciting to meet them "face to face". You never know when are they going to attack... Who ever saw this pic couldn't believe that I took it. But trust me I did (see how lousy the pic is? It couldn't be anyone else:)) I don't like the idea of a fish touching me, so I was alert the whole time. But somehow, I managed to enjoy the whole snorkeling experiance very much. Leave a Comment

Our crew prepared us fantastic lunch. Fresh fish (kill me, I didn't understand what he said on my question: "What kind of fish is that"?), almost not earlier than just caught, risotto with saffron, black risotto, and fresh chicken (if you don't like fish), and fresh salad. When we were swimming, they were preparing the food. Leave a Comment

The colours you can see here are unforgettable. Fishes and corals have all shades of the colours. You can fishes not bigger than a nail, but there are fishes longer then you are. Our captain caught one just to let us take a photo and returned it back into the water. It colours looks more beautiful in sunlight. Snorkling or diving, your choice. Leave a Comment

Police are everywhere :-) Sometimes i had feeling that half of egyptians are policemen or militariys :-) But, of course, tourist police - it means help for tourists. I'm not sure how they are helping, but hope, they will help, if you ask for help :-) Leave a Comment

We went through our agents to book our excursion. Just keep one thing in mind: you might want to bring your own gear. My niece had no trouble with hers, but my mask didn't have a very good seal, so I ended up swimming instead. I still had a good time though. Leave a Comment

When I went to Egypt I thought that only moslems live here. But when i saw Christian Church in Hurgada it was surprised for me. We have listened to service in this Church and we were even more surprised when they named God Allah. On Arabian God is Allah. Many christians live in Egypt, but their belief is a little differs from usual christian belief . Leave a Comment

Swimming in Red Sea is something different. The colour of the water is fantastic. Don't try to snorkel here. There are no fishes, or, interesting one, but adventure to swim here, in the blue-green water, is something special. Leave a Comment

When I went to Morocco last year, I saw a camel for the first time...and it was love at firt sight! I really like this adorable animals with their long eyelashes and interesting lifestyle. They have long eyelashes to protect their eyes from the blowong sand. If sand gets into an eye, a camel has a third eyelids to get it out. Camels drinks only if necessary, but when they do they can gulp down as much as 150 liter of water in just 10 minutes. So, I hade to meet this cute animal and take a ride though it's kind of a tourst thing. And it was really nice, though the owner of the camel forced me to stand on the camels back...I never understood why! So, I can recomend you to meet a camel, it's an very interesting animal. When relaxing is the most important reason of your holiday you certainly should try an Egyptian massage. They are real finger-wizards and control the art of massaging perfectly. Lay back and relax. Leave a Comment
