fayoum look like small city in Egypt but has important places can be visited like Amnemhat i and Amnemhat iii pyramids and lake of Karoon ,Amnemhat pyramid was one of the first tryings of building apyramids to save trasures of kings after their death ,Regrettably, the structure is mostly in ruins today, and the floor plan can no longer be precisely determined. It was quarried for material since Roman times, and all that is left is a foundation bed of sand and limestone chips.
