If you have plans to do a walk in the desert, you have to take two important precautions.
1. Take always enough water with you and never walk without your waterbottle (even for a pretended short walk)
2. Cover your head with a headscarf. The more layers, the better. And don't forget to cover your neck too.
One of the local man helped me to cover my head.
