Max's is one of my favorite restaurants in Maadi. The specials are always great and the menu has lots of other great dishes to choose from. The steaks are the best you'll find in town and this place serves and does a good job with pork.
The owner Max often greets patrons at the door while waitstaff prepares to wait on you near hand and foot.
They also have a locally brewed weiss beer that I have not been able to find anywhere else... it makes me happy =)
Favorite Dish: A roasted pork leg that was one of the specials....
Max celebrates Oktoberfest with German fare...don't miss it.

Meditteraneo offers a varied menu from countries around the globe. Although the name suggests it, there is also "Asian" cuisine on the menu--trriyaki chicken and gomokudon.
Favorite Dish: Try the breakfast menu for a Sunday Brunch. A great alternative to Lucilles
