Most of the nightclubs and discos in Cairo are either seedy or overpriced, female travellers should be particularly wary.
Instead, hire a taxi or get a bus to Muqqatam and sit and drink tea while Cairo moves by.

El Gato Negro: somehow a club with a mixture of different styles. Music from Samba over Hipphopp to Tango, sometimes Jazz, Pop ... entrance about $ 10 including 2 drinks. Better call before going there!

A good place but there can be problems in getting in if you arrive later without having a reservation.

Latex is nice for 2 hours maximum if you want to recharge some energy or release some of yours. Young people are there enjoying the ice like setting of the place.

Very nice place to go Dancing. It is a bit expensive (from 50 to 70 EGP Minimum charge) But it is worth going at least once.
The place is crazy on Thursday and Friday.
