A must see when visiting Cairo and you're done with the local food. This is a truly wonderful restaurant with modern design, wonderful cocktails, great international menu and glamorous people. Be prepared to dine early, compared to Egyptian times, in order to try to get a table! Reservations advisable..
Favorite Dish: It's really difficult to choose only one, but a number of specialties hard to find anywhere else are homemade focaccia with rosemary or olives, summer gazpacho, honey-glazed duck, and tuna carpaccio - delicious!

This is a resuarant located at the 44th floor of the formely Le Royal Meridien hotel.(now it`s the hyatt).
It is a revolving restuarant which you will be able to see all of Cairo.it`s openes for dinners only.
The food is amazing,mainly french.
Reservations is required.
A live soft music is preformed,which makes it (in my opinion)a perfect place to take your date.
Favorite Dish: I orderd the fillet with the mashroom sauce.totally yummmm.
childern under age of 12 are not allowed in this restaurant.and No jeans is allowed,,,formal dress is required and a jacket for men is a must.
