Off course we went see Hard Rock Cafe in Cairo. All the way to Africa continent and not try dine in one fave franchise?. Plus I have been craving for decent food while in Egypt. I couldn't eat anything from the hotel buffet during breakfast and lunch. They all taste funny for me :(
We ordered our Fave Rib Eye. Apparently they came with mashed potato, great!..love it. Only one single problem, it was hickory smoked not BBQ, so i asked for extra BBQ sauce and it turned out very good!..yummy.
We also ordered the chicken wing, it was also good.
It took us LE 197, dinner for a couple.

The Hard Rock Cafe is a great place to go to grab that hamburger away from home. It affords the traveller a bit of home in a foreign world. The Hard Rock Cafe is a chain of restaurants that has a Hard Rock in many of the major cities from around the world. There is a Hard Rock Cafe in Cairo and they have a menu in English, American style drinks, and American style food. Since alcohol is difficult to obtain in Egypt and at restaurants, a nice Rum and Coke or a Hurricane or a Long Island Ice Tea is nice.
Favorite Dish: HRC Nachos. The HRC Nachos is loaded with cheese, chicken on request, jalepenos on request, and is just plain yummy.

The HRC is located at the Hyatt on the banks of the Nile. The view is amazing at night, during the day I guess it would be interesting watching all the feluccas and other boats sailing past.
We hung out at the HRC on our first night. The food was great, and the cocktails were cheap and imaginative. The waiters and waitresses do this line dancing routine which they made us join which was kinda fun.
One of the barmen is hilarious with his moves from the movie 'cocktail'.
Favorite Dish: We ate nachos, chicken tenders and the chicken caesar salad. Drinkwise I recommend blue hawaiians and hurricanes.
