    Entrance in Djoser's pyramid complex coasts 20 Egyptian Pounds (7 Egyptian Pound = 1 Euro). Only outside seeing was included in the price.

    Memphis museum contains some of the masterpieces. All of them are in the open air. Except Rameses colossi with is situated in only building there.

    Rameses colossi is 14 meters long statue. It is in the covered place in the Museum. It doesn't have legs so it is horizontal now.

    You have to pass through the Court on your way to the Djoser's pyramid. Fortunately. Otherwise, you'll miss one more masterpiece of Egyptian architecture.

    Visit The Step Pyramid of Sakkara, Giza

    The Step Pyramid of Zoser at Saqqara, south of Gîza, is Egypt's first pyramid. Zoser was the most famous ruler of Dynasty III (2700-2625 BC) and inaugurated the 'Age of the Pyramids'. Standing about 180 feet tall, it appears that the first pyramid was constructed as if building six mastabas on top of each other. Zoser's pyramid, however, was constructed of of limestone rather than the mud brick and wood of the mastabas, a great innovation. Imhotep, the architect, later became the god of medicine

    Here is a pyramid most people miss out on! This is the step-pyramid of Djoser located at the site of Saqqara along with several tombs such as the tomb of Ptah-Hotep and the tomb of Ti.

    In Dahshur, you can see the second stage of attempts in building a true pyramid - the failed Bent Pyramid, and the first successful pyramid - Red Pyramid.
