TEJ is a local home made drink made out of honey. You can order it in 3 "levels": soft, medium and high alcohol. If you look for something similar to a beer ask HIGH. It is sweet and thick, nice to spend an evening.
Here I am with 2 israeli friends, I met them in Gonder and kept meeting them along the way: Aksum, lalibela, Addis... They came to work as volunteers in an orphan place of Mother Theresa near Debre Libanos and made a quick tour around the country before.
I am moving in the pic, because I was telling the waiter how to use the camera (this was the 4th attemp and it took nearly 5 minutes to take a "normal" photo!).
