TAxi's
Taxi's private/contract are available in jijiga. The public ones seen to go to certain routes though. There are buses going to addis ababa and harrar and maybe dire dawa.Outside towards ogaden i dont think there is any other transportation. I as a Canadian but (parents are from here) advise you to not go down there for no reason unless you have reletive there/or something very important.
