The is no major warning but there was bombings at public events so stay away from those areas.
there are electricity outages at times.
For sure in this area you will need to buy your own water bottle.In jijiga the water is safe to drink after over5 mintes of boiling.
In the other towns the water can change the teeth color.
It is important to travel catiously and be aware of your surroundings.
