Nkonya Wuropong, making fufu
Sometimes we are lucky and could pound our own fufu at our kitchen behind the primary school.Fufu with groundnutsoup is my favourite dish in Ghana. Marian, a friend from Kpandu, who lived Germany for a few months, learned me how to make this dish in an European easy way. She didi it with potatoes (instead of plantain and cassave) and peanut butter and tomato-sauce (instead of the local groundnuts).Anyway it's still a substitute.
