There are many shops that are permanent fixtures outside the hotel! They are open most of the day and sell all kinds of things from masks to drums! Expect to pay a lot more than if you went downtown and walked around!

There have been some things that I have seen there that I have not seen in other locations, so sometimes you just need to go there repeatedly and argue till you get to a good price, but be careful... these guys will only bargin so long because they have a constant flux of traffic and will not be hesitant to say "ok... bye bye"

What to buy: I like the masks and statues the best, but once again... you can find some of this stuff cheaper and have a little adventure if you just take a taxi downtown and walk a bit!

This painting I bought was about 200,000 GNF, but I haggled down to 125,000GNF!

What to pay: Depends what you want. Could be anything!
