Luggage and bags: Ensure that you have the basics packed in your safari bag like, Insect repellant, sun glasses against the sun, a hat and your camera to fully enjoy your safari.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: you should wear adaptable clothes depending on time and season. however the parks are located in low altitude area and have temperature ranging from warm to hot in the day and cool to cold in the night. So wear a layer of clothing that can be easily pealed off as day weather changes. your clothing should be natual earthly coloured or khaki and laced shoes. Safari clothes are available in the parks gift shop
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: It ia advisable to carry small medical kit that contain any basic remedies that you may need like, painkillers, antiacid, anti-histamine and cold drinks.
Photo Equipment: Include a torch, binoculars, and plenty of film in your safari bag am sure you dont want to miss the action!
Miscellaneous: other essential things that might be very handy are bird guide, mammal guideand a map of Kenya. Also do not forget to bring along your smart card with you , incase you dont have it will be issued to you at the parks gate.
