Street Vendors
When buying from a street vendor or marketplace, exercise greater scrutiny. “If a vendor’s booth is crowded, recommended by locals, has a means of refrigeration, and is open, meaning you can see how clean it is, then it’s probably safe to eat there,” says Karen Cockburn, co-founder of the Africa Travel Centre. “In some cases, street vendors have achieved the vaulted status of preparing the best grilled meats, samosas (deep fried vegetable turnovers), roasted corn, or nuts in town,” says Lawson.

To be on the cheap site, eat at the food stalls or small restaurants which you find all over Lesotho.
To spoil yourself for just Rand 65, go to Maseru Sun Hotel and enjoy the buffet from 7 to 10 am. Eat as much as you can from salads to stir fry to what you like, and its good food!
Buffet Rand 65, wine from Rand 45 / bottle
nice and relaxed atmosphere, casual outfit.
Favorite Dish: BUFFE

Address: Maseru, just follow signs or ask.
With a warm fire in the corner and some excellent "local" gluwine combined with fresh baked bread, soup and many more makes this a GREAT spot to stop for lunch or even stay over for the night.

At the Sani Top there is also a small restaurant just attached to the pub, this can be just perfect, after satisfying your thirst you can also catch some traditional food to eat.
