Toiletries and Medical Supplies: The anti-malarial medicine is cheaper to buy in Liberia than in the USA, but you need to start before your arrival and continue after your departure. How long depends on what you take. It is important to realize that prophylaxis does not give 100% protection as I experienced after a trip to the Amazon.
