Between Alqubba and Ras alhilal there is a place called wadi morkus and another called wadi al-Injeel . The first means valley of marcus and the second means valley of the bible.
Marcus is one of four who wrote the gospels.
In Arabic the call those four : Loga , Matta , Hanna and Marcus. Some facts represented that he was born in this place . He used to call for the christian religion during the 1st century in this place . The remains show old digged shurches in among the deep valleys and over the high mountains.
