Some of the roads are in a very bad condition. So if you really want to drive yourself, be careful. The traffic is bad too. On a road with 3 lanes normally 5 cars run parallel to each other. You will even get passed by cars on the right hand side (even if they have to drive besides the road for that). Be prepared for crazy traffic.

Helpfulness
The city is extremely dirty and smells awful. The people throw their garbage out of the car (in big bags) while driving (no *** - I've seen this). And the dirt stays there until the goats eat it up!!
So if you walk around in the city be prepared to step over several bags of dirt, empty bottles, plastic,... every few metres.
