Quasr al-Hadj. This granary is not located at an edge of a mountain (like Nalut and Caboa).
It looks like an arena, only one entrance and a guard (bookkeeper), day and night and paid by the local gouvernment.

Nalut has the biggest granary "Fort" in Jebel Nafusa, and even today, for local production only, an olive mill.(Pic3).
As it used to be, the location was again located on an edge of a mountain, for pure self defence.
Nevertheless the legend is telling that the inhabitants suicided during the Osman attack (19the century)
