There are about 13,000 species of plant and about 89 % of them are endemic. I saw this Pachypodium along the way climbing Grand Tsingy.There are so many species of Pachypodium in Africa and about 20 from Madagascar ,they have different flower colour..,white,.. yellow and orange-red.. like this one.I still din't find out what exactly specie it is...more
We arrived at Kirindy almost 5pm. Kirindy reserve is in Menabe protected area of 125,000 ha.At the beginning this place's purpose was to be the trees harvesting area ,.After the area getting more green ,many wildlife follow, so now it become a natural protected area. There are about 2 view points platform ..on top of the rocks.Everybody took turn to go up to see view of Grand Tsingy ,to see how amazing it is from the top.It's really great and beautiful.The platform made from wood and can carry only 5 people at a time.If you see people are waiting,please consider that it's very hot and still people waiting...more
Grand Tsingy area is about 600 square kilometer.The rock formation are so bizarre,is like labyrinth of spike tower, some height may be 300 meter,but for tourist area we allow to walk only some part of it,some area is very hard to access.That's why it has this name "Tsingy" which means "where one can not walk" Many part of it are still remain...more

The restaurant in Les Bougain Villiers hotel is very good.I like the food and friendly service.It's open for breakfast since 7am and close around 9-10pm.Very good atmosphere by the beach,watching people swimming or walking by the beach.There are many tables available,including some beach bench for relaxing and drinking..umm...nice.
Breakfast menu variety from one piece of bread,juice and coffee.. to full meal with bread ,fried eggs,juice,coffee and yogurt.Price start from 5,000.- 14,000 Ar.
The dinner all were tasty for me.I have some photo of fish curry to show you.(cost about 10,000 Ar.)It tasted so much like curry in Thailand ,my country,and it's delicious.We can choose if we want to have it with bread or rice or french fries.The other choice was fried chicken with french fries(7,000 Ar.) was also tasty,simple ..but nice.May be because of I was so hungry and atmosphere are good,so it made all food were nice.
The day I was leaving,they re-decorate restaurant for some wedding party.The decoration was simple but nice,made from natutal material like palm leaves and flowers.It's a pity I have to leave ,I'd like to see how the party will be,..must be nice..

We can buy water from shops that may not look like the place to buy it.Some shops sell everything like utensils or tools..,but just try to walk in and ask if they sell water.Most shops have it.One big bottle (tourist price) is 1500 Ar. standard.But some stalls along the road sell them cheaper,start from 800 - 1500.
