A great way to tour the surrounding villages, and the children run along as you ride by and wave at the passing horses which is really cool, a really different place to experience a horse ride, and finish it at the end with a bareback ride on and into the water of Lake Malawi at Kande beach. Pretty cool hey!
You can book rides at the Campsite and they meet you there....

The village walk which can be organised by the campsite is superb. you get a local guide who takes you all around the village, to the school, the hospital and the church. Whilst walking around all the local kids come up and hold your hand and older locals chat with you. You can take photos of them and they will take you to their hut where they sell local crafts.
We managed also to get a football team together and had a footy match with the locals which was great fun apart from we lost 2-1!
