Bar Bozo

This restaurant is probably the most famous place in Mopti : all tourists meet on its terrace around 17.00 for the show of the sunset. Sometimes difficult to find a place. Better to arrive soon!
A bit too noisy on my opinion.
A good place to meet other tourists, exchange experience...
Sometimes a bit of harassing from guides who want to offer their services (see Tourist traps).

Favorite Dish: Cold beer, good food.

Try the « riz gras » (fat rice), a kind of risotto.

And don’t forget to eat the best fish of the river: the “capitaine” (Nile perch): there are hundreds of fantastic ways for cooking it…!
