Bar/Restaurant "Alphabeth": A new kid on the block

The latest dicovery in Segou. Open since nov.2007 and very well occupied with locals and europeans. Excellent service, good music-mix and a friendly flamboyand owner. Umar knows how to treat his guests and gives them the right attention. A good range of "known" booze for the Euro traveller. French and English spoken. The food is excellent and well prepared although the portions could be a bit larger. Prices are moderate. The daily changing menu on a blackboard will give you plenty of choice.Great place for the TGIF hour.

Favorite Dish: boulettes de boeuf, grilled capitaine
