fishermen in the port have the problem of not having potable water in the sea. this is the place where they come and pick this recipients with water for their days journeys at the sea.
there's someone working here to refill the recipients ready to use for the rushing fishermen.

Beach party and conversatoins. people in the fishermen's beach tend to relax more after a full day of work. they just sit down aside their fishing boat and relax, smoking, playing with their children and speaking with their friends.

For a big city in mauritanian standards, nouakchott is very small capital city. people tend to relax for having nothing to do, just for simple pleasure or lack of job opportunity.
