 victorwkf Says:  I was told by the locals that the waters off Cap Malheureux is very good for deep sea fishing, and one of the best spots in Mauritius. 

 victorwkf Says:  The odd shaped island of Coin De Mire is a landmark in Mauritius and can be best seen from Cap Malheureux on a clear day. This island is uninhabited and formed from volcanic activities. 

 victorwkf Says:  There is a chapel at the scenic point next to the sea where you can see the Coin De Mire on a good day. This chapel is one of the landmarks in Mauritius and worth a visit.
