The convention center has been constructed close to the popular district of Roche-Bois (Rock-Wood - of where left the riots of 1999). to avoid to the different chiefs of states, who come at the time of the north-south conferences the view of the shanty towns, a "wall of the shame" to been built to hide the misery of the shacks made of sheet metal, only shelters of the distress of the inhabitants of these districts...
