600 g of dohlls, (yellow peas of broken Angole)
1 kg of flour,
1 cuill. to coffee of cumin in powder,
1 cuill. to coffee of anise in powder,
1/2 cuill. to coffee of saffron,
oil, salt.
To divide the dough in small equal balls. To dig a hole to the middle and there to incorporate 1 cuil. to soup of dholls. To close again.
To put the balls on a floured surface and the plate to the roller to get fine crepes, while bending them several times in order to thumb them.
To make heat a slightly greased tawa, there to make cook the crepes 30 " of every side, then to whitewash them with a little oil and to brown them again 30 ".
To serve lined with a curry of vegetables and a chutney of love apples, and a sauce to pimento, to your taste.
