Bou Izakarn as impressive surounding landscapes. As Western Sahara ia almost arriving, all landscapes tend to show already a bit of desert look. The mountains are very nice and along with ocre colour, green and brown makes an interesting combination.

Bou Izakar or Bouizakarn is a simple town with not much to see. During the summer it has a municiapl swiming pool. Some nice restaurants and street cafes can be nice to stop by and drink some mint tea.

There are regular taxis and buses in and out of town. Taxis run easily to Guelmim and Agadir. You can get taxis also for western sahara, altought these ones are better to take in Inezgane (near agadir), or bojador. In the town centre you take transportation going north and on the southern edge of town you can get taxis going to guelmim.

Usually people live a bit far away from town centre in little neighborhoods like this one on the picture.

Favorite thing: People paint their houses typically like the southern colour. Strong red and blue doors and windows.
