There 3-5 trains daily from Casa Port to El jadeda. However the train station in El jadeda is far from the city and you'll probably end up walking a long long distance with no taxi to be seen. There are plenty of taxi waiting for the train but there were far more passengers. It will be very unpleasent if you have lots of bags.

You are better off arriving to El jadida by a shared taxi from Casablanca, although it might be little bit uncomfortable. Buses are not that frequest from Casablanca. The Taxi stand is next to the bus station in the down town area. There is a lagguage storage room at the bus station. I provided you with pictures of the inside of both the train and the bus station, which show you how un popular the train option compared to the buses.

Sunrise at El Jadida railway station.

Regular trains to Casablanca, need to change to from Rabat; the midday trains from El Jadida do not run this winter 2006-7.
Not everyone is either willing or in the position to give up air travel - despite the awareness that this mode of travel contributes significantly to the greenhouse effect. Hence, For people who are concerned in regards to the environmental ramifications of their air travel, this service has now been created: "atmosfair".
Air-passengers can donate the equivalent amount for the greenhouse gases which were caused by the flight. The funds are invested in e. g. solar, hydropower, biomass, or energy-efficiency projects and thereby contributing to nutralize greenhouse gas emissions by the same amount that would be comparable to the aircraft's emissions. Thus, your donation helps to realize these projects !
