Fish Grills along the Port: Freshest Seafood Ever
Underjules profile photo

2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Underjules 8 reviews

If you want REALLY fresh (watch the fisherman bring them in that morning) seafood, head to the fish vendors along the port.
They let you pick out your catch and then prepare it for you right there.
Sit on picnic tables, breath in the sea air and enjoy!

Favorite Dish: The crab was great. As was the shrimp and everything else we ordered.

Open Air Fish Kiosks By the Port: Dining Al Fresco

The open air fish kiosks are a must for a fresh fish lunch. And by fresh, I mean fresh. You select the raw ingredients and they cook it there in front of you. I hear that hygiene was once a problem, but that it's been tightened up some. I had no problems and excellent meal of sardins, squid and prawns.

My friends and I had an inexpensive dinner here, and enjoyed it. We dined outside, under the awning. Vegetable tagine was only 30 DH, and couscous was 50 DH.

La perle: Touristic restaurant

This touristic restaurant is interesting, because it is long narrow room and people sit on both sides across from each other. We had tajine as usually :-)
