Palm trees to bring home, if it is allowed in your country.
For Europe, only the date palm trees are forbidden, because Morocco is suffering from the ''bayoud'', a fungal parasite that kills the date trees. Other, like the Washingtonia filifera*, are perfectly OK. They are really inexpensive : 10-15 dirham (2-3 euros) for the small one, those that you can bring home.

In these nurseries, you can buy young araucarias for a very low price, 20-30 dirham (2-3 euros) for those, for example. We brought home several of these and after only half a year, they have doubled their size.
