We walked past this restaurant and I took photos as the wood panelling around the entrance and the noticeable decor from the door was very nice!
The menu looked good - Moroccan and french dishes - and the prices looked normal.
Obtained a business card from the girl at reception - helplful for later if needed as we know or for making VT tips!! - and when we walked past again in the evening it was quite full - with tourists and foreigners (but they could of course have been expats living in Taroudant!)
Favorite Dish: we didnt eat here but the menu list looked good and the restaurant looked well attended

The Hotel Roudani has the best value cafe-restaurant on Place Assarag. It serves the usual tajines and couscous and a very cheap breakfast too. The service here is excellent and it's a nice, relaxing place to sit, watching the activity, or lack of it, on the square.

You see people cooking Moroccan fish and chips in the evenings in open-fronted shops, and you just buy some and sit down inside to eat. Dead cheap.
