Drop in one of numerous coffee shops where you'll be offered flavoured mint tea and delicious pastry.

Favorite Dish: The national dish of Morocco is cous-cous, it looks like a kind of porridge. Sometimes it takes several hours to cook it.

He certainly selected a terrific spot, all the traditional foods, the classic mint tea, lovely waitresses, cous cous, the works. We had the entire place to ourselves, eating in a private room, sitting on the floor.

Surprisingly, the cost of the meal, including Ali, was very modestly priced. Ali must be taking the picture.

Wish we had taken a picture of the waitress, she was stunning. Worth at least 3 camels and 7 rugs.

    Le Jardin Restaurant/Pizzeria

It's pretty amazing that you can find pizza almost anywhere in the world. I've eaten it is Macedonia and Cambodia -- and it is obviously available in Casablanca, Morocco.
