The Kasbah is not impressive at all, with very few things to see and do. The mosque is not that old and buildings are certainly not ancient. There are few nice restaurants near the mosque where I had cosscus.
There is nothing going on and very few foreign tourists come to the city and this the attraction because as I said The only good reason to visit and stay in Mohammadia is to avoid Casablanca as you arrive and leave to the Airport

The beaches are nice but crowded during the summer. There are plenty of restaurants and services around. You'll need to take a taxi to get to beach id you arrive at the train station.
