It is very near to the medina and it suppose to have no haggling involve so you can buy with comfort.
Unlike the souks, they list all the prices here for you to see.
I agree, you buy in comfort but the price is ridiculous.
Its a good place for you to have an idea how much you should haggle with the merchants.
To me, most stuff shown over there should be on 1/3 of its price :)
